UAW and HubPages = A Good Mix?

by admin on September 20, 2010

What seems to work well is to set up UAW (Unique Article Wizard) to run at just 5 articles per day and point the links that you get in the resources boxes to your HubPages. Doing this will slowly build traffic and rankings to those pages.

Since HubPages gets a lot of links pointing to it already, that’s the perfect kind of site to point more links to. You get the benefits of the internal cross linking and when Google sees more links pointing to HubPages, it really doesn’t care because that’s happening all the time with a site like that.

The same goes for sites like EzineArticles.com and others. I just mention HubPages because they let you ad share.

Follow Up: Actually, I have to take this back. Don’t go crazy with it. Check out the Backlink Guidelines that they have. It seems like they’re mainly talking about those 1000 link directory packages but UAW could be included as well.

So, if you do it, do it in moderation. Send only 1/10th of your links to HubPages. Get lots of links to your HubPages from other sources, too. Linking EzineArticle and Squidoo pages to HubPages seems to work well. Spread it around for sure. I also really like InfoBarrel. And then, most obviously, use Postrunner!
